Asia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in eating disorders, self-esteem, and trauma in youth and adults. She provides a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment that promotes self-understanding and empowerment.

Asia’s approach to counselling is collaborative, systemic, person-centred, and trauma-informed. She recognizes the vulnerability and courage that it takes to enter a counselling space and is honoured to walk alongside individuals as they channel their own wisdom and resilience.

In her work with eating disorders, self-esteem, and trauma, Asia emphasizes the healing power of attachment and self-compassion. She believes that rebuilding healthy attachments is fundamental to overcoming the isolation and disconnection often associated with these challenges. By creating a supportive and secure therapeutic space, she helps clients explore and heal from past wounds, develop healthier relationships, and build a stronger sense of self-compassion.

Her passion for healing and connection has grown from her work with non-profit organizations offering nonjudgmental, low-barrier counselling and crisis intervention for youth and adults in need of mental health support and connection. She believes that each person carries the strength and innate potential needed to find transformation and joy in the present. Asia brings authenticity, curiosity, and sensitivity to her work with all individuals, no matter where they are in their healing path.
